Workpieces with optical functional surfaces

Due to the tolerances in the lower µm range, the requirements for measurement uncertainty are extremely high. The requirements for the measuring time, on the other hand, are rather low. Contact measurement methods are usually ruled out as the surfaces to be tested are very sensitive.
